Today i pulled off the crank support to inspect and i replaced the existing arp balancer bolt. Installed this arp2000 stud kit sold by Kinetic Motorsport. IMO the washer included is too small in diameter. The crank snout measures 1.25in, the flat of the included washer is 1.45in. That obviously means there is .100 of washer contacting the diameter of the balancer face. I reused the washer that came with the arp bolt, which measured 1.90in across the flat. Washer has a tapered edge profile, thats why i say i measured across the flat. Anyway, plan on two and a half hours to install this. Cleaning threads, fitting stud in and out 50 times to ensure fit and that its bottomed out. Giant pain in the dick. Anyway all done!

Did you sell your d1x? I’m going to send my d1sc in for conversion soon.
