Thanks for the data points. Over the past few weeks as the weather has gotten better here I've found myself really focusing on this issue more and more, so lots of low speed and highway speed stuff over the same roads, with a few spots in particular. Seat-of-the-pants observations show no difference in the suspension, not over washboard type surfaces, undulating roads, or even the big expansion joint/canyons we have. It's almost as if the MR adjustments are designed to function only in rotational movements (pitch/roll/yaw) and not translational. I'm sure that's not the case but it definitely seems that way.
ALSO I realize switching back to the CF wheels and slightly lighter carcasses of the MP4S's has affected ride quality, and not in a great way. It definitely feels more crashy as compared to the heavier Fall/Winter combo I was running. The grip and looks are more than enough to make up for it, of course.
