What's one thing that would sell every single person to go with their tune/brand? The one thing that no other tuner does or has? Don't hurt yourself thinking too hard.
It's an unfair expectation! You're pushing the stock equipment way beyond what the parts were designed for, you knowingly take this risk when you modify the vehicle.

Why would a tuner offer a warranty on parts that are being stressed way beyond their design limits? :headbonk:

It'd be a nightmare warranting modified cars. Especially with all the hypochondriacs on here. Ppl would be messing up installs and then trying to blame the tuning

I don't know why you are taking people's comments personally, as if you were Livernois, but I'd appreciate if you didn't talk on their behalf. They said that pushing that kind of power was perfectly safe, and if they were to include a warranty to back up that statement I would gladly pay for their services.

I am in no way associated with Livernois or any other vendor on this board. Please explain to me how I'm talking on their behalf?

Back on point, nice pass with a 2.3L car. I love how people complain about no back up slip, and bam she throws it down. Congrats.

Vendor infighting childish, loses business on both sides. Healthy competition cool. Fighting not cool.

If you answer a question or reply to a comment I directed toward Livernois, I don't appreciate unrelated people replying. "Why should they___?" "Why do they have to ____?" Please, restrain yourself.

Competition drives innovation! All of these Vendors trying to out-perform each other is good for the platform.

Do any other tuners offer engine warranties with their tune? Why should they?
No they don't. But if you read my statement it is saying that if a tuner was to warranty their tune I would most definitely buy it. That's all I was saying and there is nothing crazy about wanting to keep a car under warranty is there ?

I think, if anything, Livernois meant the block itself was safe at that power level...not the short block. We all know the rods in these things are total garbage.

So, Lexi, what are the upgrades you are in for now?

What is the next goal?

I think livernois stated they have upgraded rods and pistons... so for me, I'm weight reducing, adding a 5 bar sensor to add more boost, rods n pistons, and some nitrous. My goal is to show up in March and win it !

Boost, meth and the squeeze...on MS109. LOL

5 bar map sensor? Are you going for diesel levels of boost? I presume you are going to upgrade the turbo?
