Gonna wait and see what some local tuners are doing. I'm really just interested in opening up the exhaust a bit for some more volume.

I sat in the Recaros in a GT at the stealership the other day. Ass fit fine but the back bolstering squoze my love handles a little too much. And yeah, a body mod is in order. So I'm thinking Tech Pack, aka the Tuck Pack, cuz I can't tuck my fat ass in the Recaros.

That's crazy. The car is psychotically loud.
The R is louder because it doesn't have resonators. The regular 350 does. I'll at least be looking to do that. Besides, I don't give a shit.

Drag racing? In this car?
Im still debating a blown GT or just getting this and keeping it bone stock.

If I do get it I will be another one bucking the trend and drag racing it. Its what I know and what I love. But I will have to try some track events too. Expand my horizons.

The Boss wasnt to shabby at the strip.

Plus I like to know if all of my ponies are accounted for and trap speed is a pretty solid way to do that.

Does any one know if this has better halfshafts than the GT?

I still cant believe that I am thinking of keeping a Stang's powertrain bone stock.

The Boss had far more in common with the GT of the time than the GT350.

Yes the GT350 has upgraded halfshafts.

Maybe time for a body mod to fit into those recaros...since you have some time to wait anyway

Lol probably that, but I honestly felt the side bolstering hitting bone as well as flab.

Lol love this. My sides seemed a very good fit. A few extra donuts and they would be tight too thoigh. I really had a problem with the hips.

Yeah my hips are physically too wide as well. And my back is too wide for the current seat back. I know I'm going to have the same problem in the GT350 as in my base GT. The general shape of the seats in the GT350 tech pack looks identical to me with the shape of the base GT seats, just with different materials.

long handle short throw shifter

replace that ugly ass shift knob

clear bra and ceramic coating

window tint

Gloss black stripes with Ford Racing Blue edges

Blue painted Brake Calipers

Blue Wheel trim ring

Possibly aftermarket wheels from HRE.

Mildly contemplating getting the doors wrapped in leather and swapping the speakers out if they're sub-par (car will be a daily driver and only see the track 7-8 times a year)

i'll take the knob if you don't want it.:D

I figured out my first Mod, maybe the only mod.
Hood struts! Get rid of the steel rod that holds up the hood :)

ordering a yellow gt350 w/ black stripes

1.Black out headlights and tail lights/install limo tint
2.Wait to see dyno results and independent reviews of intake/tune.
3.Resonator delete while tuning
4.Minor suspension tweaks after driving it for a while

Driver mod is the only mod I can ever plan. Anything else comes only AFTER driving the car.

Valid,

Only thing right now we're looking at is paint protection, roll cage and new meat for the track.

We're working with some companies to get some parts out to the consumers:) Which means parts testing and feedback.

I was holding out hope that Ford would offer Track Attack for the GT350 as they did for my '13 Boss so I could work on my driver modifications! I thought it was mentioned in a press conference, but I won't be holding my breath since Miller Motorsports Park is going under. Tow hooks for me.

You don’t want to know
I'd put money on the fact that there will be Ford-sponsored driving events next year.
