I just found an EcoBoost w/ PP in my desired color very close to me. It was just delivered a few days ago. Looking at the package the most concerning thing is the tires are summer-only.

I cannot seem to find 255/40R19 winter tires, and I'm not sure what other sizes I should search for. I can buy another set of smaller wheels with tires for winter but I don't know if they'll fit the upgraded brakes. Anybody have ideas with this?

Tire rack should have some winter tires that will for the 19s. But if you go the route of just buying wheels and tires, the EB PP brakes are the same as the regular GT brakes so you can throw some 18s on there no problem

I am assuming 17"s are going to be a no go with these brakes?

I have the same problem. My understanding is that 18 wheels will fit, but not 17. There are some winter tires available for 18s but not as great a selection as for 17s. My plan is to get a set of 18 wheels and winter tires .

You will need 18" wheels to clear the front brakes. You should have no problem finding tires for 18x8" or 18x7.5" rims. There are a handful that'll fit your stock rims, but they are quite a bit more expensive (normally).

Speaking of 255/40 R19 winters - what other 19" size that's maybe slightly narrower they can be replaced with so the diameter is mostly the same ?

OP there's a huge selection of factory previous Mustang 18" wheels or aftermarket and huge selection of Winter tires in 18". I would get the second set with 235/45/18 Winters.
Worked great for me on a 14GT in NH this past Winter.

I personally just put some all seasons on the stock rims and with snow mode I didn't have a problem in the PA/DE snow this past winter

I have the Eco w/PP. I went with 18x8 with 225 winters and came in under $1000.

Rage R20 wheels and Ultra Ice Grip WRT tires.

I ran these 255/45/18 blizzack on this 18" non-PP wheel this past winter.

Put it in snow mode, drove smartly and didn't have any issues.
