Need some advice on getting the best possible launch and roll out of my automatic 2020 EcoBoost. I’m trying to figure out the best settings and techniques.
I got the car in July and I have installed so far
CVF Intercooler
CVF Charge Pipes
JLT Cold air intake
Steeda Throttle body spacer
Steeda BOV Adapter
Flash Shark Exhaust
One step colder spark plugs
Update Fuel sensor
I am Currently getting the CVF Catted 3"Downpipe installed, and will instantly flash my Toni McPhail tune.
2. Stop Light / Digs: Just making sure I have this one correct. 3 seconds before the light is green start holding gas and break, rev to 2K RPM, when the light turns green get off the breaks and then slam the gas. If this is correct, should I be in D or S? Tack mode or S+?
Just trying to figure out how to get the hardest pull without the car fighting me. Appreciate any tips!
Coming from a 2013 elantra so im a complete noob. Thanks for the help.

- 40 and 60 Rolls: For 40 rolls, I know its 2nd gear for 4-4.5k RPM, and 3rd for 60. (40 example) I was told to drop to second gear while in "D" using the paddles, then drop to "S" (to hold the gear longer), and then floor it. However when I do this, it goes to 50mph and then just stays there in high RPM there. I also did it with dropping to 2nd already in "S" and it did the same thing; it does not automatically upshift. Am I doing something wrong? I don't believe there is anything wrong with the car because as soon as I go back to "D" it works perfectly fine, shifts normally.
