Heh, I can agree with you here... I remember after I got my Mach 1, the Mach E was already on sale and far more popular with the general population than my car. If it came up in conversation that I liked fun cars had a Mustang Mach 1, people would say something like "oh cool, I was looking at one of those! how many miles do you get on a charge???"I mean sure, whatever, but the nameplates, Mach-4, Mach-E etc. Just stop dragging the Mach nameplate through the mud. It was already enough of an F up doing it once. Call it a Dark Horse-4 or something, since they went on and on about how they don’t want to resurrect old nameplates anymore. Yet, continue to do so in the worst ways. I wasn’t alive in the 60’s, far from it, I was born in 2000. But, it still pisses me off to see the heritage of these cars messed with without regard.
