You need someone that has a scan tool that costs thousands of dollars and can look at the spark on each individual cylinder, not one that gives you a code.

Would Forscan show any different than my cheap lund/fordperformance handheld tuner?
I have no idea as I don't own any of those tools. I use a Snap-on scanner.

I’m gonna be honest, I’d go back to stock and start from there. Troubleshooting a tune with that many fingers in it isn’t easy.
I have. The dealership made me remove the ford performance airbox, inlet tube, throttlebody etc and return to stock because they say they couldn't diag it with a tune. I think its completely ridiculous that they said that. I asked what would happen if someone had a ford performance supercharger kit installed, which is 100% factory/warranty supported? Would they also have to remove the supercharger before you could diagnose a bad coil? Anyways, I'm all stock except for a lund tune that I can switch back to stock whenever I need. Until I fix this damn problem. Then i'm getting a HPtuner.

I did send them logs, but they said everything looks good.
I doubt they can see much from their logs.
They've been less than helpful.

I called my local ford dealership and they want $220.00 a piece for the coils. Who sells genuine ford coils that you can recommend? The ones on ebay are all counterfit IMO. I'm not sure who to trust anymore. :(

They are a tuner not a a remote diagnostic service

I’d be pointing my finger at the Lund tune. They were hot stuff years ago when I first got on this forum but I haven’t heard anything good about them the last couple years.

If you want to parts cannon it check out Levittown Ford Parts, Tasca, or OE Ford Parts Giant. They’re all dealers that sell cheap.

This car has done this since I bought it with 4k miles on it. I tried the fordperformance tune first and then the lund. None of them made any change.
It happens right around 2200 rpm when I slowly apply throttle. I can feel it shake like its 2 cylinders missing. Every now-and-then, it goes full blown mental and drops like 4 cylinders and makes the whole car vibrate. Then after letting off the gas, it goes back to normal, missing on 1-2 cylinders only when light throttle is applied at 2200 rpm.
I've changed plugs, ohm tested coils, changed battery, crank relearn, check connectors, etc. It makes me sick to my stomach knowing this issue still exists.

I've used RockAuto in the past and believe that their parts were legitimate.

A "thousands of dollars" scanner is not necessarily required. What you do need is a bidirectional scan tool capable of seeing the individual cylinders preferably in real-time. My $350 dollar one is capable of telling me which cylinders are misfiring and give me a misfire count on each. It seems like even something like that would help narrow down where the problem is.

I would still flash to stock before troubleshooting. There's no reason to chase this issue with any aftermarket tune or parts, Ford Performance or not.

Once on the stock tune you can check duty cycle on the injectors and stuff like that against what they should be. Not what some tune allegedly has in it.

He is probably talking about a scope so you can see everything at a lower level
