After a 2 week work trip, got around to applying the trunk stripes. Wet install, went really well. A couple small spots that could look better, but overall pretty happy. Saved $200 over the Ford Guardsman stripes.

Changed key fob battery. I got a message in the center display that the battery in it was low and needed changed. Kudos to the engineer that put the software in there to let me know the fob battery was low. I’ve had lots of cars and this was the first time I had the car tell me that.

It is a nice feature, been around awhile as our 2016 Lincoln has it too.

Finally got around to installing some parts I had been accumulating. Caliperfexion studs, replaced pads with GLOC GS-1 (street car only for me, thanks @NPTR !), and bled the brakes. Nice couple hours in the garage.

Roughened up the discs with rough emory cloth and bedded the new pads. Brakes are much quieter and clean so far. Lost a little bit of initial bite, but can still out stop just about anything else on the road. Actually made myself a little sick bedding the pads focusing on the speedo to hit the 60 to 30 repetitions......🤢 hahaha

So happy you get to enjoy this - my loss your gain! And honestly, the brake dust was one of the biggest things that was eating me up about the car, especially since I'm quite anal about keeping my wheels clean, especially when they look that good...ENJOY, sure they are perfect for the street!

Preseason wheel prep. I do paint and wheels on alternate years. Clay, polish, and start fresh on ceramic.

Don’t think wheels live a brutal life? This is about 10-12K miles on ceramic coated, extremely pampered wheels.

A quick note on ceramics; it is not some super strength mystical forcefield. It does not keep your wheels cleaner, it does not prevent brake dust. It just makes the cleanup extremely easy.

I'm about to do the same and apply some ADS coating to mine. How do you like the tires?

Tow hook install was more complicated with supercharger fan using the same bolts, but I figured it out. New Signature wheels as well. I have a few more projects left to do before spring. FP springs on order.

Where did you get those lug nuts? They are sweet. Looking for a replacement for my rusted OEM!
