I ended up buying several extra fittings from Deatschwerks. I want to make sure I have more than enough. I may end up needing a little extra fuel line, but we’ll see.
That’s wise!
I always expect everything to fit as intended when it says “plug and play” and “direct replacement for OEM” but I guess that’s not always the case.

This is all stuff that I figured out while mocking things up. The little things can cause delays on installs, so I’m trying not to have too many of those once I start work on mine.

They usually do give just enough, but sometimes a few extra feet of line or some extra fittings may be needed.

You’ll be back on track in no time.

Back to the IMRC question, does Wengerd recommend locking them out? It may be worth asking and have that done now while your guys are working in that area.

Just asked him that, let’s see what he thinks.

He said " If you are not having any issues with them, I would recommend keeping them active. "

I forgot to send a message that I got my car back. Everything appears to be good, except for the placement of the pump controller. I’ll send the pictures later. It’s quite amusing, but they’ve mounted it under the hood. 😅

Also, Wengerd’s tune is fantastic. The car is smooth and doesn’t buck at all.

My only concern right now is a random rattle that occurs while the car is idling and during the first second of acceleration. It disappears once the car is warm but comes back for that split second once I start accelerating.

Oh, and I’m having trouble setting up CarPlay but I doubt it’s related to anything, probably need a new cable.

That’s awesome! I was just thinking about how that turned out for you yesterday and figured you’d be back with a report soon. Which controller did you go with? Three DW400 pumps or one DW810 and two DW400 pumps?

Three DW400, Aeromotive, the one you bought I believe.

I agree. I shouldn't have to buy anything extra or modify it of its oem replacement or a kit specifically for that vehicle

Cool! Waiting patiently for pics and any additional insight that your installer may have shared with you. I can’t wait to get going on mine.
