Damage/bad install for window tint?

So I had my windshield retinted today and I'm wondering about the best way to approach this. I have a few issues

1, weird mark like a bubble rolled over/scratch/wrinkle maybe?

2, (circled in blue) a very small spot that looks like brown something for trapped under the film.

3, an absurd amount of small dots presumably from the windshield being worn. Is there any way to minimize appearance (fill with wax or ceramic coating or rain-x or what?). Not worth replacing the windshield.

If issue 1 is not something that will be resolved with more curing time should.i go back and ask for a retint AGAIN? This was a warranty retint that was done earlier today

The pits in the windshield are difficult to hide. Products that temporarily mask them, can interfere with the tint cure.

But definitely give it its cure time. They do look kinda crappy till they cure.

And that's likely what they will ask you to do anyway.But if past cure time and it's still got issues. Can't hurt to ask them.

For #1 & 2 they will surely ask you to wait for it to fully cure.
For #3, if the imperfections are on the outside there's not a lot that can be done really. It is possible to have the glass polished but that probably won't remove any deep pitting.
I don't think I have ever heard of the inside of a windshield pitting so I don't understand how trying to treat the exterior would affect tint care?

Yeah I plan to wait for the cure time but my biggest concern is this spot, it looks damaged first image is from the inside of the car looking out and the other 2 are from the outside looking in, it's visible on both sides

No, for #3, these 3 are all of the same issue. The issue isn't the outside it's just visible from the outside as air pockets. The tint itself is visible from the inside (first image) it looks like the film was scratched or deformed somehow. It's definitely a tint issue since my old window did not have the same mark. You can also kind of fell the tint on the inside has that ripple/scratch mark but it doesn't seem like a physical scratch, more like a bubble that was tried to be pushed flat but didn't get flattened out and instead got crushed down (best way i can describe it based off my limited experience with plain old vinyl and it looks identical to when I would try to remove a bubble without peeling the film back and it just let the film fold over on itself without laying flat). I'm going to wait for cure time before I do anything just wondering if I should email the shop right away and ask them about it come Monday when they open. As for the thousands of small dots I figured some kind of maybe sealant would help. I've seen people filled deep chips/cracks with clear I think epoxy and it made them invisible, and how WD-40 can sometimes make light scratched on paint look less/gone for a short time, if I used a sealant or something that filled in the micro pits and filled them up it might prevent light from reflecting off them and make them look less visible? I could be completely wrong with that logic though Its more of a hope than anything. I did read up that polishing makes them significantly worse because compound fills them and makes them look bigger

That's not really true. Most windshields are factory tinted. Also, most states allow some tint. I believe you have to maintain 70 to 80% light transmission.
Besides, tinting is not always about darkening. My windshields are "tinted" with no color. Just enhanced UV, etc blockers. It actually helps keep the interior cooler and protects it from UV damage.

Tinted tint yes. You are allowed untinted tint film to help with UV and heat.

State tinting allowances. I don’t see “most” states allowing front windshield tint other than up to 6”/the AS1 line. There’s a few that allow 70% but that’s not most.

Is that damage you’re pointing out in the inside or outside of the window? If it’s on the outside there’s not a lot you can do.

Inside but it's visible from the outside too. Unfortunately there's also like a million small dots but that's just wear and tear on the windshield I can't do anything about

I have my entire windshield tinted as well. I would park in the sun for a day or two and let the heat dry the film out. I would be surprised if the bubbles don't come out. Tint likes time to dry and fully cure. I have never been stopped for my tint either. I have ceramic Xpel ceramic43% on entire windshield and a 5% tint strip on top 6 inches. The tint strip gives an illusion the rest of the windshield is not tinted. I will never drive another car at night without a tinted windshield. The bright ass aftermarket LED lights no longer bother me at night. The daytime sun no longer bakes the dashboard. You almost don't need sunglasses during the day.
