Active Exhaust Actuator + Pigtail replacement? (2019 GT)

Bumped the exhaust pretty hard on a steep curb, smacked the actuator into the frame and bent it, and rubbed the pigtail harness through the wires. Having a stroke trying to figure out the part number and the best place to get it. Some people say JR3Z-6554-A but when you look it up, it says it's for the 2020-2022?

Does anyone know where to get a good replacement that doesn't cost as much as a whole new muffler? Ford said they could get me a new pigtail+actuator for a total of like $500 which seems crazy.
Some people mention BMW active exhaust actuator (18308632154) has a very similar design and works fine and cost massively less, but i'd rather check here and see what everyone thinks. Can't seem to find just a straightforward example. Seems like Ford wants me to purchase the entire right muffler rather than just a single actuator from them.

I know the GT350 parts start with FR3Z. The difference is the number of pins, so make sure you buy the right replacements. Check with @LevittownFordParts for fitment.

I second Miami’s recommendation to check with Levittown. They’ll get you squared away. I’ve heard there was an actuator design change for the GT350’s in 2018 i believe, but had not heard of a change in design for the GT for 2018-2023, so I would guess they’re all the same.

Not sure if @MiamiGT350 can confirm a change in actuator for the GT350 (not that it applies to the GT in question, I just want to know now ).

FR3Z-5K245-A (confirmed). I have heard there is a change in the number of pins in the harness, but I don't know which models are impacted.

Thank you, the connector was indeed the JR3z-14A411-H from Levittown! Appreciate the help from you guys.
Now the fun part is just finding the actuator itself. @LevittownFordParts Do you guys offer the actuators too?

Or does anyone know of a good aftermarket replacement? Trying to maybe avoid the $300+ price tag if possible :( It's currently stuck in track mode fortunately, so it still sounds great, but I still like everything to at least function on my vehicle aha.

Someone mentioned these as a replacement from a BMW, but I think I was told the 2019 actuators are 4 pin rather than 3 pin

They are 4 pin actuators, that is correct. I know because I turn my none active exhaust Roush 450R to an active. Works like oem. The 3 pin actuator GT350 actuator does not fit.

The GT350 is FR3Z-5K245-A and about $150. I have another part # you can try: FR3V-9V468-AC. I would check correct part number with a Ford dealer and hunt for a used one on Ebay.

As for the BMW actuators, the same company makes the actuators for the various car manufacturers and the internals are the same. I have no idea if the plugs, bolt pattern, etc are the same, however. BMW 18308632154 is the 4-pin version I think you're looking for if you want to try.

Yes. That's the way. I purchased two actuators off ebay for about 150ea or so. The pig tails were really cheap from local Ford dealership, like less than $20ea cheap. It was for a GT500 but basically all the same. You should be able to replace all this stuff for about $300 worst case,maybe better. GL

Thanks! Hopefully the seller gets back to me, nice to hear you found yours for pretty cheap, I asked a local ford dealer their price on the pigtail and it was like $75! Like I said though found one online at Levittown so that was nice, and getting both for $260 would be really nice since I haven't even had luck finding them used on Ebay (But Ebay search also kinda sucks, go figure)

Otherwise new they're like $300 which is crazy. Wonder why Ford recommends both being replaced at the same time though. Money? Prevent failure on the other side and needing replacing in the end? Maybe something with the programming?
