Yeah, right!
FWIW, it looks like he hasn't been back on the forum, since last Thursday.

I tried to give him some sound advice, based on my recent experiences shopping for a Gen 6 Mustang, hopefully he took it to heart and realized, I wasn't just trying to break his chops.

Lol. Unless you agree with him, it's pretty obvious he can't take any advice without getting butt hurt. I doubt he'll be back.

Earlier this week he was on the Roush. thread soliciting opinions on his potential purchase.

Steady searching for his confirmation bias I suppose.

I thought it would have been a very risky purchase.

If I could go back in time this guys whip is EXACTLY what I would be looking for sans subwoofer in trunk…

Only diff is I’d haggle them down to 26k and immediately drop off at shop for fully built long block…new pistons, rods, crank etc

And, ported heads new springs and valves
E85 etc

for an additional 20k car would be a monster

Well car ran great, it’s going to a local performance shop for a pre purchase inspection on monday. Interior needs some help as I don’t really like the seats but it seems to be a solid buy. I’ll know more Monday afternoon.

Glad to hear it was mechanically sound! Hope the inspection turns out the same results 👍.

Glad to hear you're taking the time to have a pre-purchase inspection done.

Hopefully, it goes well.

Best of luck.

If I was shopping right now it would be hard to turn down a decent 15-17 Hellion car...

If you’re willing to haggle seller and invest in this car above and beyond what you’re paying for it now…the potential of this ride is pretty limitless…

My current whip is a 22’ GT and originally came with clothe seats.

The dealer threw in complementary Katzskin leather seats at no additional charge.

Katzskin leather is vastly superior to the OEM leather and cloth.

Furthermore, you may also consider what I suggested earlier and just “go all in” and throw new pistons, rods etc and you gotta monster on your hands…lol
