Whipple/OPG install cylinder 2-6 misfire code along with random misfire code

2019 mustang gt gen 5x whipple
As the title says, I just finished installing oil pump gears/gen 5 whipple and started it for first time today. I got a cylinder 2 misfire code on the first start. Did a crank relearn and now I'm getting 2-6 misfire and random misfire code. I really don't see how timing procedure could have been done wrong. Any suggestions?

Other information- rear oxygen sensors are unplugged and just replaced drivers side upstream oxygen sensor. Car is running open headers right now until it goes to exhaust shop monday

The timing procedure is done wrong all the time from what I see on the forums.
Well I hope I didn't do it wrong. Followed ford procedure on alldata and watched a bunch of videos.

Really hoping it's not wrong as well, but unfortunately, there's only one way to know. I just did the same procedure after installing new OPGs, CS Timing Gear and a host of other parts. While not a terribly difficult procedure, it's not difficult to have the cam gears off just enough to be off by half a link and thanks to the awkward viewing angle, it would be hard to see.

Think i will go through coils and spark plugs and make sure it's not something stupid like that first. If that doesn't work, I will tear it down again i guess. Just sucks after getting everything done and putting whipple on. Besides coils and plugs there isn't really anything besides timing that would cause a misfire correct?

That's the right approach, Dude. Start with the simple stuff first.

Peace of mind is priceless, and having just put my front cover back on, I get it. But at least you know now what the process is, so it will go more quickly than the first time.

Correct, not much else that can cause the issue you're seeing.

theres a ground wire on the pass side valve cover harness that attaches to the timing cover that i believe is coil ground idk if u forgot that a weak spark could cause the misfire. i had to extend .ine to move the pass side harness when doing my odin.

Lund got back to me and said my timing looks correct. Time to start chasing this thing down.. does anyone know what spark plugs came in the stage 2 whipple kit?

If you are doing OPG's and a blower, install the OPG's first, then make sure the engine runs on the OEM calibration before diving into the supercharger install and tuning.

Ya I should have. Thought about it, but i didn't want to take it apart again to put blower on.

Well i fixed it. Put some dielectric grease on the coils and misfires went away. Now I just have to figure out why my traction control is stuck off lol.
