2021 with whipple random misfires

My 2021 mustang gt with the stage 2 whipple supercharger is missing constantly on random cylinders. Compression is good on all cylinders. Lamotta performance in Orlando has had it for a month and cannot find why it's missing. It's on the whipple tune.
Plugs have been changed gapped etc. The coil packs checked injectors etc.

Anyone have any ideas?

I didn’t see any mention of a fuel system in your sig. Do you have one or did you get tuned using the factory pump and a BAP?
