Im getting cylinder 2 misfires after switching back from e85flex to 93 -Lund tune.I Changed plugs to Bosch Double Iridium gapped at .051 ,replaced coil and fuel injector on cylinder 2,cleaned MaF sensor, did crank relearn. No luck.Thinking maybe I got a bad cat ,intake runner problem,or maybe I need to put oem plugs back in .Shouldnt their be more cylinders misfiring then just cylinder 2 if it was a intake or cat problem and shouldn’t that throw a different code? Any help appreciated…2017gt

I was getting Misfire on Cylinder P0301 on E-85.
Sent a cold start data log to the tuner, he could see fuel trims moving around. Check for Vacuum leak. I had a loose-fitting vacuum line that could have been a potential leak. So far so good.
