So I could use some help. I have a 2020 GT, I installed the 350r big brake kit (https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-2300-Y) and it looks so damn good. But my wheels don't fit.

Current wheel package
Front - 20x9 ET 32
Rear - 20x10.5 ET 42

The rears will fit with 3-5mm spacers, rear of the caliper clears as well as the width. The fronts do not fit and if i use a spacer my current wheel with its offset would just poke out so much it would look terrible. So i'm going to have to get new wheels and tires which is fine but my question is if anyone has done this to their GT and what they did for a wheel upgrade from stock. I assume if I just get GT350r wheels they will fit but im unsure about the fitment (look). I don't want it to poke too much past the fender since the 350r wheel package is Front - 19x11 Rear - ET 24 19x11.5 ET 56.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Reading the specs from the link you posted, OEM Performance Pack wheels won't fit. I know the SVE wheels fit with the PP Brembos, but you should probably verify that they'll work with the 350R brakes before you decide.

SVE and Project 6GR both make GT350/R spec wheels. Apex Wheels will also clear GT350/R brakes

I couldn't imagine spending that much for brakes. Should of just bought pp1 brakes. No fitment issues with those

Apex. They have a fitment guide and if you have specific concerns, they will answer you. They're super helpful IME.

Someone else has done this upgrade. They should be able to confirm, but I'd bet just about every wheel is going to poke because the GT doesn't have the flared fenders a GT350/R has.

That's a lot of brake for a narrow tire. I would probably figure out how to make a 10" or 11" wheel fit up front just to properly use the massive new brakes you have. I'd go square right away so you can rotate tires too.

Yes I put stock GT350 calipers on my '21. The stock wheels fit fine but it was really close so i used some 5mm spacers, the barrel was okay but the center was tight. I had the black accent pkg wheels. Fast forward to now, I picked up some used gt350 rims and put 305's on them. There was a little poke but I put some mach 1 fender flares on and it looks great IMO.

I have this kit also. I am running a square Apex Wheel setup, 19x11, +52 offset and 315/30r19 all around. Yes, the front end pokes due to the 19x11 front with spacer, rear isn't too bad.

So nothing on the GT350R brake kit will make the front wider, the only reason for a spacer is the wheel won't clear. The SVE R350 wheels are a good option, since per LMR, they can be run with this kit, below is from their website in the brake kit description:

SVE R350 Wheel Fitment Note
  • Because of the increase in rear track width, this brake kit adds, you must run the 19x10 +35mm (Normal Offset) R350 wheel in the front and the 19x11 +60mm (GT350 Offset) wheel in the rear.
This kit will increase the rear track width about 1/4" on each side, so need to keep that in mind when choosing rear wheels, the effective offset will be reduced by about 7 mm.

If you are looking for a less expensive option, go with the SVE R350, a little more expensive, go with APEX 19x10,19x11 combo. Depending on tire size, you should have no poke with the SVE combo, as long as you go with the standard front, GT350 spec rear. You may have a slight poke in the rear with the Apex setup, but shouldn't be too bad.

Another option would be to find a set of OEM GT350 wheels, those are 19x10.5, +30 offset front, 19x11, +62 offset rears. Front may poke some, but shouldn't be too bad, just depends on tire size. Numerous people on this site have used the OEM GT350 wheels on their S550's with no reported problems.
