The shifting issue he was talking about was when in manual mode using the paddles . He loves to say shifting issues when it did it even stock. But we have since solved this issue that happens on some of these cars even stock but is rare.

That's why his new tuners tune did the same thing till they solved it as well.

So far everything I have seen him touch has had issues. I mean just look at the issues his new engine has. Probably telling people its a tune issue to because it runs slower then stock tune only coyotes

I think you might be missing something .........you can not fix a transmission shift issue until the car is running, or tuned, right . Looking at your logs , you have posted them , you had a major vacuum leak . You where chasing pre throttle body , but I would put my money on , it was post throttle body . Next time try a smoke test vrs a pressure test . Or pull up your data log and watch short trim at idle and then again at 2500 rpm . If trim goes to normal at 2500 a vacuum leak is present . You have been focusing in your cold air kit but you should have moved further down the line to get your a/f right . Then you should have looked at your shift issue . But what do I know , mine is amanual .
This right here. If it's on the manifold it's a easy way to tell. Or drive and get it out of vacuum under a lower rpm load and you can see trims come back to normal as the manifold vacuum is reduced

A easy indicator for vac leaks

A smoke test would have been best, I’ll make the investment to get one if I ever have issues again.

I swapped the manifold a few times if I remember correctly. The reason me and Wengerd think it’s something with the JLT is because I swapped multiple things (manifold, injectors, etc.) and only with the JLT would I have issues.

A 9.2 sec 60-130 is slower than stock coyotes? Since when?

My car with your tune and bolt ons was beating stock 10r80 cars with 60-130 in the high 11s to low 12s.

And no I haven’t blamed it all on Lund. I think Tricky may be able to get me more performance, but especially with the discovery of the low compression I have blamed it on the car setup and engine problems.

First, I'm going to tweak the custom tune I received from Bama. Based on that success look into the ESS gear.
