Thanks…. I did get the extension, just need to find a place to put it.
I’m ok with how it’s wired, just need to sort the best way to access with the hood down. I did tie the charger end of the eyelits cable to the little hole at the end of the fuse box
For example I did these two connections.

Thanks guys.....will revisit extension cord placement in the AM.

Now that the roads here are salted...it'll be sitting awhile. I figure to only really use the tender in the winter as the car shares daily driver duties with the Interceptor.

Sounds good.

I threw on my catback a year ago when it was well below freezing.

You should rotate those clamps so they're too the side and not down facing. They'll get busted to shit in no time.

Watched the app, tell me it went into deep sleep mode.
Guess we lost power from the storm. or the battery tender would be charging it.
Have to call the neighbor tomorrow, and ask .

Yep, this is why these aren't a good idea. You're lucky it didn't collapse and damage the car. They work great in good to mild weather to keep the sun or rain off, but anything severe and it's just a liability unfortunately.

agree.. i was hoping to make it through winter... if i would have put self tapper in where poles meet i may have been ok. It came loose there and went bad from there... i was able to see it on security cam... As far as ive seen no damage but wont know till it melts...15 today and 60 by sat so ill wash and make sure.

Wandered down to the garage to hook up the new CTEK charger. Frustrated. It's connected and working. Used the fuse box connection and ground point on strut mount. Even wrapped it all up nice in tubing. Last step...put the fuse into the holder on the harness. Dropped it. Can't find it. Put a different fuse in and will pull the belly pan with a jack tomorrow to look further.

The car flashed lights a few times while making the connection at the fuse box, but that's expected. Some of the memory items, like the alarm settings, etc had to be reset.

Here's why I'm frustrated. In the winter, the GT will park under the lift with the RT/10 above. I can't open the hood enough by myself to connect the charger without pulling the car almost to my toolbox. So, while I'm looking for the fuse, I need to find a spot to drop the CTEK extension cord under a bit that I can hook up....and move the car back.
You would be able to lift the hood by yourself if you install some struts.

The actual lifting it isn't the issue. I can't lift it high enough to engage the prop rod without hitting the bottom of the lift. It's parked under another vehicle.

Spent way too much time looking for the fuse I dropped. The GT isn't going anywhere this week, so when it's warm on Saturday, I'll move the RT/10 and get the GT up for a better look.

EDIT :added a photo to hope this all make sense

mine went into deep sleep today, its been on the battery tender for 2 weeks now. i think its normal if the car is not driven regardless if its on a charger or not it still goes into deep sleep.

I installed the GT350 dash panel/trim in my non PP GT. I also installed the gauges as well. There's a pig tail connector from the factory tucked behind the stereo that made this a plug and play. It's located behind the small square hole in the upper part of the pic

My Brother bought me some new car mats for Christmas. :)

Seems to be no choice for official RHD mustangs so had some custom ones made. They are darker charcoal than the pictures make out (I guess it is how the light hits them). I'm pleased. A lot thicker than the rubbish I had in the front from when I picked the car up. And it never came with any in the rear (is that normal?). Just need them to take shape and settle in properly.

Thanks dude. Obviously, shoes now have to be removed when entering the vehicle. 😄
The look really, really nice and cozy. Maybe you should get some of these. Also rear mats are not standard with our cars.
