Sitting at Chapman waiting to get all of the paperwork done. Been here over an hour now. The Granger process is soo much better based on other feedback. Wish Chapman had a better process.

They have two GB HP Auto cars for sale. $5k ADM.

@Mrs. ITLRUN When did you order from Granger and when did Ford confirm? I'm trying to get an idea of how many people are still ahead of me without a scheduled Mach/Vin#.

I ordered April 26, and Ford confirmed same day.

just email them and ask. they are very good at being up front and communicating back quickly.

How long did it take for them to do prep etc. Mine came in at Granger on the 20th and I’m told it will be 1.5 weeks before it’s ready for me to pick it up.

what!!!! For dealer prep or adds on like tints etc etc? LOL 1.5 weeks .

There s still a side of me that thinks some dealers HOPE you don t pick up your order.

No add-ons or tint, actually I was told they stopped doing tint. This is what I received

Good news, your vehicle has arrived!! But it will take about 1.5 weeks before it will be ready for pick up. We have a quality assurance process for each vehicle and want to catch any damage that might have happened via factory defect or transport. Once we get the vehicle in it will have to go through pre delivery inspection, and then detail after the damages are fixed, if there were any. Also be sure to download the FordPass app so you can have all the cool features that that includes. Financing will be reaching out to you soon to finalize that part of the process. Once they do that, you and I can arrange travel plans. Please wait to arrange travel plans until then. We do deliveries Monday-Friday 9-4pm. Let me know if you have any questions.

No where on the planet is the delivery inspection and process that long.
about a day and 1/2 from delivery to my grubby little hands.

Umm yea no. The day mine arrives I'll be there with a truck and trailer to load it up!

Aww heck naw! You may be fine with that and it not matter to you, but I'm calling bs with cerbo. I've ordered a lot of vehicles and never had to wait for any of them. If possible, I'm there when it's unloaded off the truck. The only PDI I allow is taking it out of transport mode and visual checks, but no unwrapping or driving or attaching license plates. Sounds like there was some damage and they're allowing time to repair it? Which technically I don't think they have to disclose to you as long as they fix it before you sign.

Here's hoping!! I knew it would be awhile, and after waiting over a year and a half for a Bronco order you'd think I'd have learned some patience, but evidently I haven't.

I ordered a Silver 700a 6sp from granger on 3/25 & confirmed by Ford same day. Followed up this morning & was told I'm 8th in line. They received 13 allocations this month & they think they will get atleast that many next month as well.
