Hey all, looking at buying a 2015+ GT here in a bit once I sell my Jeep. I'm wondering from yall, what are the pro's and cons of the gen 2 cars vs gen 3 cars. I'm looking at premium GT's with an auto trans and performance pack if I can find one. Really just looking for a daily/cruiser that will be more comfortable than my jeep. I'll probably keep mods to a minimum (exhaust, tune, cosmetic, maybe suspension) since it will be a daily.
From what I understand that the gen 2's came with the 6 speed, port only injection where the gen 3's get the 10 speed, port+direct injection, and a little more displacement and hp.
I'm noticing there's usually about a 5-10k price increase between 15-17 cars and 18+ cars and I want to know if the extra 4 speeds and bump in horsepower is really worth it. Also any additional changes I may be overlooking
