Sooooo...you didn't follow Mahle's spec than. You should be good then.
It was like .02173 or something so just rounded up

Good job on the rebuild!

What caused the initial failure?
I’m thinking factory gap on the rings and it’s boosted. It has the Roush tune so it’s conservative. Funny it happen only a couple thousand miles after the warranty ended
