I'm seeing this tears later but I was just wondering if you ever got a GT? I have a Gen 2 Manual PP1 and I love it.. No regrets but I wanted a manual. Anyway for a lightly Mod'ed car for daily use, I'd do a gen 3 in that case, But honestly it really doesn't matter. The 6R80 is a great auto...
I agree I think they are a nice touch. I was looking into them but from what I've seen I would have to go with aftermarket to make it work but if I am being honest with myself I will regret the $150 and time to do it 2 months later.. Just how I am.. Plus I'm trying not to spend money right now...
That looks to be just what I want.. I don't care for the slammed look but also hate that gap.. Plus I want the car to handle better too.. I have a 17 PP1 and I ahve been putting this off for way to long.. How do they handle and hook??
I live in an area where I can't really go much lower than .75"s. I have been told the Steeda .5" minimum drop tightens up the car and doesn't drop it to much.. Any advise? I am looking for a spring that won't go lower than that and handle at least as well as the Performance Pack springs my 17...
I just got done adjusting my passenger side front fender. It's ford we are dealing with so I know there's no way of making it perfect but I got it pretty close.. I could tell by the bolts that it was never touched before me.. Notw the bolts are chewed up a little so if someone looks at it they...
So I got the LRX devise yesterday on a Friday at the end of the day of course when Lund was closed.. Anyway I went on the website got the bootloader and linked it to my PC.. I kept updating it till a tune popped up on the Bootloader window.. But something went wrong and it's the weekend and no...
I was just on Lunds website and they seem to still be selling the SCT x4 tuners to.. So they are giving people the choice between the SCT x4 and the New LRX device.. I think Lund is pushing the LRX because it looks like it auto downloads the Bootloader onto the laptop and auto updates everything...
I got them more for the looks and better handling myself.. But if they knock an extra 25/30lbs off the car that's even better.. I went from 255/40/19, 275/40/19, to 285/35/19's to 305/35/19's.. I kept the stock wheels and tires though for winter.. Anyway I definitely felt a big difference in...
From most of the people I have talked to and from video's I have seen.. Most people say they would rather use the clutch and they can shift faster without the no lift.. The stock no lift on the 24's is slow and the friends with S197's/S550's I know who have it from tuners prefer not to use it...
I have a 17, This is something I recently started to think about doing to.. I mean the 18 Manifold a CAI, and a 93 Tune.. But More than likely I'm going to just continue to save and think it through for another year.. I just got a Gen 2 PP Manual with 9K miles on it last year.. Not in a hurry to...
I wish Calimer would do a stage 2 with the billet gears from the Stage 3 but keep the 23 spline input shaft.. I wonder if that can be done?? Cause I don't see the point of the Stage 1,2's if they aren't strengthening the gearing at all.. I want whatever will bolt right on, use the same clutch...
Freaking winter time Blues.. We have snow everywhere for over 2 weeks now.. And it's been going down to -1 to 6/7 degree's at night.. Only hitting 25 during the day.. Feels like forever since I've driven her.. Going to start her up tomorrow and let her warm up all the way too.. Probably hit the...
I agree I'm planning on getting the SVE GT350 style wheels and going wider. 285 fronts and 305 in the back. Each wheel is anywhere from 10lbs to 9lbs lighter than my stock performance pack wheels weigh. More tire to the street and 38lbs off the car from the wheels, can only help...
I will thanks, I just got home and the car was fully warmed up.. I even did a few 6500RPM shifts and then popped the Hood just now and took a pic of the stock line..
Thanks I ordered it about 2 hours ago.. I have an SVE clutch line getting it installed next Friday, I'm hoping the supply line comes in before that so I can have them do it all in one shot.. Thanks again..
I just looked at mine there does seem to be a little out but everytime I try to push it all the way tight it just goes back to where it was positioned.. I am definitly not pulling on it.. It's still most of the way on, not like the second pic but not like the first either.. It's in between...
