Its a bare wheel and required transferring over everything from the stock wheel; wiring, plastics switches and mountings.
Excellent product, great fit and great price.

CJ Pony has a YouTube video about this. I was concerned about that too but they show you how to disable it. But it's kind of like working on a grenade that has been "disabled". Still scary.

The first step is to disconnect the battery.
No chance of the bag going off.
You push 2 spring clips and the whole unit comes off.
