How did we go from mufflers, to the very real global pandemic, to some kind of Constitutional rights manifesto?Last I checked, the First Amendment IS public policy. But I know there won't be any convincing you despite the clarity of the text of our founding documents. As federal judges have ruled, you can't just put the Constitution aside when there is a "public health crisis" that 96% of all people survive even counting the high risk pool, and the pure stupidity of putting COVID patients in nursing homes within that statistic, but carry on.
In case you missed it:
Constitution of United States of America 1789
Amendment 1
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

This goes for you too.Religion has nothing to do with public policy. It’s a right granted by the constitution in this country. Same as your right to say what ever you want without filter. If you can justify in your mind keeping liquor stores open but not churches. Maybe you bought into a fairytale agenda that was being pushed? And before you say anything else stupid. No I’m not religious. And yes I’ve been vaccinated.
