I was never a fan of Mustang until this generation. I can't get over how nice this car is. It's a 051a package V6 with 3.55 slip.. the plan is to keep her for at least 5 years as my daily driver.

Having only driven my family's cars before this (2006 bmw 328xi, 2013 lexus es250), the power feels more than enough for me right now. The interior, while having a lot of hard materials, looks and feels like it belongs in a more expensive car. I have to max out the bass, but besides that the audio is great. And like everyone already knows, these Mustangs have to be seen in person. They look good in pictures but drop dead gorgeous in real life!

Congrats and welcome to the family!!! I didn't get my first mustang until the 80's. My first car was a 1963 Ford Fairlane w/ a 289. Damn I was stupid for getting rid of that - traded it for a 1973 Ford Pinto. But I missed that engine and got my first mustang - a 1980 coupe. Been mustang guy ever since.

Wow, I had a white '73 Vega GT, yea I'm old too.

OP, I was very happy with my Sterling Grey V6 for 4 years, moving up to a GT now. Enjoy your new Mustang.

If my eyes are good, I identified the color as Magnetic. Welcome to the Magnetic club! If it is Guard, whoops. :)

I had a white '71 with one green fender. It was definitely a beater by the time I picked it up in '83 at the ripe old age of 16. :D

Not much difference in a 73 (or 71) Vega and a 73 Pinto. Loved that little car though - got it my senior year in high school and drove it until it died. 1980 Mustang after that.

Oh yeah, magnetic! This color changes so much with lighting, but it always looks great.

Well, I managed to find a dent on the bottom of the left door after using a flashlight to look at the engine bay.

This 100% is from the dealership. I guess shame on me for not catching it? Either way, I'm just really really pissed now. People are telling me not to worry about it, but I don't know. I can't shake it off.
