I like to disassemble things.
The computer can adjust with MAP a lot easier than MAF based systems.
Funny thing is, that statement is in direct contrast to what we were told for decades in the Fox era. Everyone was ditching their speed density/map based stock systems for MAF setups.

Certainly the technology of the ECMs have improved dramatically. While MAF is good for non-boosted vehicles a MAP setup will provide much more control over how much fuel is inserted with the air pressure. Many cars are running both setups to enhance the AFR resolutions but if I were to pick one over the other for tuning purposes then MAP is the standard many stand-alone tune boxes rely on. Of course these aren’t really used much these days as the current ECMs are leaps and bounds better than fox body ones.

Probably not as most people won’t be bothered to do back to back tests just to find out which one puts 1 hp more than the other.
I tested on my gt18 back to back. also made a video So i know JLT helps.
Many tests has been done by some good dyno shops.
Looks like 20whp is a good average.
Kong seems a new sheriff in town but really really really expensive. Any test on that?

What I meant is there are very few people who will buy each and every intake and then spend the time dyno testing each one on a controlled environment with proper engine cool downs, etc.
