I say it takes a special level of cleanliness to keep white floor tiles white.
I also have an extreme case of garage envy. I can't even open my driver side door all the way when I park in my garage.

yep, I got mine from some weird named website. I cannot recall it, something dumb though. it was like 17 bucks.
