Hey guys,
I own a 2019 Mustang GT with Performance Package 1...
I’m looking for a new tire/rim set up from the OEM ones, I need something more aggressive.
I really like the look of the PP2 Mustang since it’s 305’s all the way around. I really want to do 305’s all around, but i’ll settle for a little less if I have to.
What’s the offset that my car can go to? The wheels im currently looking at are AR927 (American Racing). If I go with the 19 inch option, it’s 19x9 front and 19x10 rear. The front is 35mm offset and the rear is 45.
Since I want 305 all around, would 45mm offset clear the brakes in the front?
Next question: On American muscles website, it said the front tires should not pass 9 width. Is this true?
Anyways, what’s my best option? Should I go 305 all around or should I do 275 front and 305 rear.
Thanks!
