One of my OPT7 turn signals took a rock to the face, so I swapped out to a DD set and added some turn/fog splitters while it was apart.

PSA: I had to use the DRL harness so they would flash when the lights were off. I had a weird issue with the OPT7s too when the lights were off and from a thread I found in here it looks like they needed constant power to something that wasn't getting it. It seems the 15s may have a slightly different wiring or programming set up than the 16s+.

eBay matte windshield banner, and used the excess vinyl to make tiny scoop details. Ah, the little things. *shrug*

I used meguiars paste metal polish and mothers metal polish
its just the factory finish satin I believe. Anything raw can be polished to a mirror finish depending how much time you have haha.

Installed the replacement hood struts, went to the grocery store, and going to parts for chemicals I promtly curbed rashed a new wheel. After being so thrilled about the wheel, I forgot why I was there and went home.

Try contacting your local Ford dealer. They usually have a rim touch up guy thats mobile that they use for wheel repairs at the dealership. That guy, I have one here, is most of the time reasonable with their fees.

Thanks, It's not bad, I couldn't look at it until I was leaving, damage wasn't the point. The Anger in the air was palpable anyway and just proved it is no ones year.

What can I say, I love Fords. Despite appearances, I am by no means a one eyed brand snob. I love anything with four wheels, however the Ford brand is something that I gravitated towards in my early teens and has stuck with me ever since.

The Mazda and Jaguar do feel a little left out though.

Why do they feel left out? Ford owned a majority stake in both brands at one point.
