That truly sux, god damn freight companies they are the worst and they hate the big heavy shit and i think they rough it up out of spite. Thanks for the reply this is probly the route i will go , will look at the runners and possibly enlarge thier holes slightly. I have to find a way to workout belt alignment as well, possibly with a small tramel. I am a working stiff so by the days end i dont want to do much so it will wait for the weekend. I will loosen the runners and see if i can move things around a bit, i really would not like to drill since the holes are already much larger than the shank of the bolt. Either way i will keep you updated. Of course Edelbrock finally calls me and i broke my phone this afternoon so we are playing phone tag ATM.You can replace the runners on that side if it’s warped .
When I sold and shipped my 2.3 , it was banged up by the time they delivered it and the bolt hole one one side had snapped off .
I don’t blame buyer but of course he refused it so it was shipped back to me .
Edelbrock sent me another runner to replace the one with the broken bolt hole and it’s as good now (I hope )![]()
