It's a little intuitive. 6009 is the part number for shortblock, K=2019, R3= mustang. So K means it's a new part, not a revision which is the letter at the end of the part #. It's not 100% but the price indicates whether it's worth checking further. Although the dealers online catalog doesn't mention application, they can tell you if the part is for the Predator.

That’s not a bad price honestly , If you want a lower compress motor . You will have the exact short block in the GT 500.
Obviously I saved a bit on the deal I got on the pistons/rods but I am at $4600 all in /delivered by my builder for my short block . It I had used the more expensive crank (as used in the predator short block) add another $7-800) .

... but then you could also do like @gimmie11s did and build a very nice Gen 3 coyote short block for 1/2 the price of the predator .

Same dealer(popular around here ) that has the KR3Z-6010-A listed on their website for $2300 said $3600 plus shipping when I asked for quote on the predator block !.
...and then when I asked for the part number he used the FP part number - M6010-M52A.... and that’s not even it /the latest version is B and same as the KR3Z-6010-A

As said before the 52A is the same as what I just had delivered and ordered as GR3Z-6010-F
That lists for about $1800 so he pretty much doubled the price .
Last time I ever ask them for a “quote “ . Just do your research and order from the website .

Yup, although I did mean to confirm that the part number is for the predator, not the price. Shipping cost between the various dealers also varies by quite a bit.
GR3Z-6010-F is unobtanium right now - no availability in sight.
