No... someone at Ford owns a 2013-2016 Mazda CX-5 and thought it would be brilliant to mate it with a Mustang. Itās nearly identical in shape and layout of the rear hatch area.Sooo... these two getting it on created the Mach-E?![]()
Won't matter to me one bit.If everyone is this upset about the name, just wait until the Mach-E is posting faster 0-60 times than real Mustangs.
Honestly Iād consider it. Iām ready to go electric for a DD. I was just being funny/dumb. I think people get too butt-hurt these days over things like cars and their names. This reminds me of when Porsche released their first SUV. Lots of people were mad. Now? Itās normal and maybe only a few purists still care.Welcome back. Please post a copy of the reservation for your new Mach-E First Edition as soon as possible.![]()
It's a CUV.If it doesn't let in rain like my 2018 coupƩ then I'm all for it. A fast Ford. What's anybody's problem?
As driving is made ever more effortless, it continues to lose something. Becomes boring, even. Getting good at anything requires effort, and only with effort is satisfaction truly possible. The issue is the current generation of sports cars across the board of manufacturers have gotten so expensive due to many factors thatās its priced out the younger generation. That as well as modding isnāt cheap either. This didnāt just occurred but was slowly building towards it. I agree technology has progressed and will continue to do so to make driving effortless. But i donāt think sports cars nor muscle cars going away at least in our generation.
Then they're going about it the wrong way.The way I look at this is that Ford thinks the Mustang brand is strong enough to potentially cast a halo over products that are similar in intent, though not similar in form.
In the UK a lot of that electricity is from renewables such as wind and solar now rather than fossil fuels. We will be producing 30% from these sources with around 20% from nuclear and most of the rest from gas next year. Coal sourced electricity has now virtually stopped. Even in the US 36% is from renewables and nuclear now with coal rapidly declining. Not sure the Big 3 aren't being pushed into electric. That being said, I think you have a few years of ICEs then all cars will be electric.
Now then, WHAR ELECTRICITY COME FROM? WHAR!?!?!
