Got an oil/filter change. Full synthetic. Good for the next 5,000 miles.

Today, I dropped my Ecoboost off at Next Level Performance Solutions to finally get the Ford ProCal tune and CAI, Garrett intercooler and NGK sparkplugs that I had bought a few weeks ago, installed. It will be ready to go tomorrow. I'm interested to see how much difference it makes.

I picked up my 2019 last week and took it straight to a detail shop for Suntek and ceramic coating. Also changed out the stock clutch spring for the Steeda. What a great difference.

Pictures in the photo thread.

Next up is Steeda jacking rails and ZL1 splash guards.

Installed a GT350 steering wheel. A little hard to find for a 2018 but when I did I grabbed it. Thanks Carbon Addict I love the Wheel.

Finished a speaker upgrade in the doors of my 18. Sealed up the doors and deadened a bit. Installed Scanspeak 10F/4424 mid and 18W/4434 woofer. Big improvement in clarity, better mid-range and bass response. :headbang:

Probably post a thread with more pics in the infotainment/audio forum when I have the time.

Full weekly clean, except this time I took to the wheels off and re-applied Gyeon wheel coating. Honestly not sure if it helps with cleaning, since I wash the car every week the brake dust doesn’t have chance to adhere hard to the wheels, so it is always easy to sponge off. Regardless, I used the remaining half of the bottle I had an re-applied the coating...

Went to the weekly cruisin' night. Usually about 200 cars but it was threatening rain.

In my expert opinion the SS 10F should be about the best choice you could have made!

Got my first engine light, about 20 months after I bought it. Cobb was hooked up so I pushed a few buttons and got the code, air leak between throttle body and intake valve. Popped the hood and the hose clamp on the throttle body was loose. I had it off the other day to swap PCV baffles, so it was clearly all my fault. Easy fix.

Just ran some errands, waiting for the sun to go away a bit so I can wash it. Yesterday’s country cruise resulted in it becoming a bit of a dust bowl. Visiting friends tomorrow so must have a clean car for their first viewing.

Put my prop rod back on.
Seemed like a good place to store it.
Is that the max height the hood will open with the hood struts you have? Seems low to me.
