Holy shit! These cars have a lot of room to grow, apparently!!

Thanks, man. :) Test fit on stock suspension is going to be fun, I think!
Yes there is a lot of room in there especially if you get the perfect offset. A 13-14" wide wheel is possible in the rear with the right width tire and perfect offset wheel.

With 10.5ET25s my front wheel to strut has around 5/8" (about 15-16mm) inboard clearance measured using the measured width of my finger (tire has a bit more than 3/4" clearance due to stretch) but it's impossible to photograph unless I put up on a drive on lift. An 11" wide wheel with a 285 possibly a 295 tire seems possible on the front with stock struts (Coilovers and cortex offset struts give more room) and no body mods but offset must be perfect around +31 to +29 and it would be very close to the strut around 6-7mm from it if my math is correct. An 11 ET30 will have the same (within 1.5mm) backspace (inset) as a 10 ET40 and there are many guys with 10 ET40s on front that have cleared the factory struts.

I think we need an aggressive reset button, because it's definitely starting to get watered down.
