The Official GT350 Sync Background JPEG Thread

Man, I sure do love watching the snake on my dash light up with red eyes on start, and then watch the reverse happen on shutdown. Damn nice touch!

On my other sync Gen 2 autos I have background pics... A Batman logo on my Fusion, a Punisher logo on my F150.

Can anyone provide any cool GT350 related backgrounds for the new Sync 3?

If I remember with MyFord Touch, images had to be specifically sized and under a certain file size in order to use them as a background. You couldn't add a photo larger and have it scaled down to fit the screen.

Does Sync 3 operate the same way?

u guys he means the warm up screen, they all have it, not just R.. the one where the snake lights up, they all do that

we cant change the background wallpaper on sync 3 yet though

I knew what he meant...I don't have a screen because I don't have the electronics package...I just have a black plastic block-out panel.

The only warm-up screen fuhrius has is the windshield defrost... He's bare bones.

I'll see if I can post a video later this morning.

He said the snake's eyes are red. On the regular GT350s the snake's eyes are white. Still cool but the red eyes are a nice additional touch for R owners.

Nope, only Sync 3 models. The R gets red eyes, the tech gets white eyes
