I agree! It should've been a built short block for that amount, maybe a grand more, but It's straight from Ford. They're trying to recoup losses from those EV'S!

Those were my exact thoughts. I don't like the thought of gaining weight. I can say that I personally wouldn't be buying it. Maybe Motown or Dart will make a cheaper version!

I'd rather take a Predator block and sleeve it for that kinda money. Save 100lbs of weight and won't see a lick of difference if under 2000hp.

I don't think anyone else will be making one. Coyote has been in production for 13yrs now. The demand is ultra low for an iron coyote, but of course needed by some.Those were my exact thoughts.
