No no, examine the Camaro's Alpha... the ATS Alpha and Camaro are not as related as people think. The ATS/Mustang off full b-c pillar support.

These areas were removed on the Camaro and the sub-frame system was used in its place.

I'm ready to drop some coin on a high hp muscle car. I like the Camaro ZL1 but it's too cramped for me, Hellcat Challenger has great hp and I really like the interior room but just as soon as I get it Ford will reveal the GT 500 and I'll be bummed out.

I wish a few more people with different views and knowledge had done as much explaining and less criticizing. So what if someone's theories and opinions are different from your own. We learn from the debates, not from the name calling.

Oh well, what can one expect from blogs and forums. I'm good with moving on as you suggest.

If you camaro ball swingers love and praise the camaro so much why are you all on a mustang forum? Don't tell me it's because your car enthusiast, because most of you don't even have a camaro or mustang. Your internet/ magazine trash talk bullshiters. It amazes me how much you support the camaro on this forum and as soon as a mustang lover (because this is a MUSTANG forum) disagrees with your opinion you get defensive and start putting a person down because they don't agree with your opinion. Thepill is entitled to his opinion and post more so than you camaro nut hangers because as I said this is a mustang forum. I know damn well the camaro guys on the camaro forums have guys that support the mustang and I'm pretty sure those that love the camaro forum over there give that mustang guy shit also. The camaro is NOT the only car out there. Woopie shit GM just put a supercharger on a camaro and they still haven't bested the last gt500 that was 4+ years ago. If it wasn't for Ford you GM guys wouldn't have a zl1! That goes for the hellcat also. The gt500 is where it started at. Thank ford for that dipshits!

Why do you think that just because ford doesn't sell a gt500 yet that it's not in the works? I think it's best they wait it out and see what GM does and attack them.

You get the flavor of the week edition Camaro. Because GM is getting desperate with Camaro sales. Ford can sit back and wait til they feel the Mustang actually needs a little injection of excitement with a special edition. Being the best selling sports coupe in the world will do that for you.

That's because ford actually takes the time to R and D correctly instead of just making add ons with untrue marketing like gm.
Most people have no idea how long it takes to create vehicle from concept to dealer lot. Gm they take a car add in a motor from another car add sticky tires and it's out in a year.

In the last few years Ford still needs a year after press introduction. GT350 introduced 11/14 and arrived a year later. The GT500 is still a ways off. I predict it will get here summer 2018.

By a used HC drive for a year then sell it for almost what you paid for it.
