  1. Why not a 5.9L Coyote?

That torque curve differential is wild.
  2. Why not a 5.9L Coyote?

Ford can totally make a large displacement modular. But they need to revisit the foundations first. Otherwise, the block will get too wide and/or tall due to the OHC nature of the design. I'd love to see it. They should bring back the 351. Heck, a 390 would be amazing. But that would require a...
  3. Did a thing! Now regretting it?

Seriously. No disrespect to the OP, The emphasized nostril thing is not a good look. I actually wrote to RTR about it, begging them to think of another way to glam the front end - anything other than freaking nostrils. And red almost makes it look like it got a bloody nose. Whatevs. To each...
  4. Did a thing! Now regretting it?

You bought the best supercharger. Your car will be transformed. No need to regret anything. We always second guess ourselves. It’s human nature. But you wanted the experience, paid for it, and it’s on the way. Get it installed, and then enjoy wondering how you were ever satisfied with an NA car.
  5. 2028 Camaro 7th Gen is Coming

thanks. Missed a key chunk of context in the preceding posts. Also looking forward to the seeing the aesthetics of the car. Prefer if they don’t go four door.
  6. Corvette ZR1 vs. Mustang GTD Track Battle

Any news on the GTD Competition becoming a real thing?
  7. 2028 Camaro 7th Gen is Coming

With the new LS6, the Camaro is going to be a monster. The Alpha platform is already ahead of the game. couple that with GMs suspension design, unbelievable new V8, and you have a very difficult proposition for the S650. Ford really needs to get it together with its icon.
  8. Loud noise from engine coyote gen3

    Any diagnostic updates?
  9. I may have to trade her in or sell. It’s killing me.

non-op the 350 and store it. Get a nice famil friendly suv or truck and daily drive that. the 360 is an investment st rhis point and will go up in value msny years from now. I’d hang on to it if at all posdible and perhaps it will even be something great you pass on to your son ine day.
  10. Poll: Is a GT500 an upgrade over a GT350?

thought the poll was strictly comparing the gt350 to its upgrade; the gt500. Probably best to focus on the topic and not get crazy.
  11. Why did you leave lund?

Idk. I think Lund had earned a good name for offering reliable tunes that did the job snd minimized the chance of messing up your motor. I hypothesize that where the tightening up of what they offer and what they dobt comes from. Yes they used to do more, but it likely increased the...
  12. Poll: Is a GT500 an upgrade over a GT350?

The answer to the poll is “TES.” The gt500 is a notable upgrade over the 350. And Ford developed it to be such. some may prefer the style of the 350 or the manual transmission as subjective preferences. But objectively, the gt500 is superior to the 350 in every performsnce metric. The only...
  13. Poll: Is a GT500 an upgrade over a GT350?

LOL. I hear you. I’d have agreed years ago. But after being stuck in LA for the past half decade, I curse the invention of the manual transmission every time I’m on the 10, 210,57, 5, 405, etc. :brokenheart:
  14. Poll: Is a GT500 an upgrade over a GT350?

Drive both. There is only ine honest conclusion: the gt500 is what the gt350 wants to be when I grows up. Not even a contest. take all the track prowess of the gt350 and then some, add ridiculous power and torque the gr350 only dreams about snd… yeah. This shouldn’t even be a question. base...
  15. Getting OLD SUCKS!!!

This happens to young and old alike. You’re just mortal like the rest of us. Heal up soon and get back to enjoying the Mustang life.
  16. Tail Light Output Comparison - Red/Clear/Smoked

Nice work. Good to see hard numbers. Thanks for measuring. I love the smoke head/taillights on certain paint colors. but they do clearly reduce brightness, which is a safety feature. Would be nice for a manufacturer to offer brighter lights that make up the difference behind the smoked housings.
  17. Corvette ZR1 vs. Mustang GTD Track Battle

Texas heat is no joke. And as far as alignment, I wonder what the zr1 was set at…
  18. Disappointed with Whipple Stage 2

weird. Should feel like a rocket launch, pushing you into your seatback. how are your 0-60 and 1/r mile times? I guess feel could be subjective, but times and mph will tell the factual story. If times and mph are what they should be, then maybe your feeler is miscalibrated? But really you know...
  19. Rear Seat Delete, Pull Trig Or Wait?

mite a waste. Ruin your car for no reason. If you want to save weight, switch out the front seats, the wheels, varioys suspension components, battery, hood, etc. Rear seat setup is nothing.
