Are you saying all the people buying the "slow n old" gt350 is dumb? Because it seems to me that the GT350 is a hot item. Your judging the zl1 as a deal of less than 63k. GM will never match the demand of the gt350.

I've continued to state the case that the 350 and 350R give the driver one of the purest driving experiences one can buy. Saying that both writers and pro drivers alike compare it to automobiles that are 2 to 3 times the price. I've heard best driving car regardless of price a couple times.

I never said ford was a failure jackass. I own a gt350!
I owned nothing but fords my whole life! You'd never catch me owning anything else. Except maybe a Porsche.
I can't tell you the zl1 is better because to me it's not. Comparing a gt350 to a supercharged zl1 is like comparing a push mower to a riding mower.

What I can't wait for is ford to slap the shit out of GM and dodge. It can't get here fast enough.

It's hilarious how many Camaro guys are trolling on the ZL1. 02gtnh with his fake weights, others saying how bad the GT350 is and how Ford "has to do something".

Meanwhile the GT350 is still very desirable and selling no problem, still often over MSRP after a couple years on the market. Apparently the ZL1 can be had for MSRP - and it's brand new! Huh, I wonder why? I guess the performance numbers aren't everything, are they? It's not easy to make a car fun even when gently driving it in traffic. I get that joy every time I get in my GT350.

You Camaro guys - go buy the ZL1. More power to you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I love my GT350.

I am saying Ford is on an all time high! The Ford GT is cruising race tracks out pacing million dollar 918/LaF/P1 not to mention Le Mans, the GT350/R is being compared to cars that cost 250k, the Raptor just crushed the old Raptor which crushed everything by running Anza Borrego 25% faster, and people are choosing to drive and race their little Fiesta ST rather than their 100k+ GT4.

But if you and others feel all that is bad, so be it.

The current Ford Mustangs are doing well, but you have to agree there is a hole at the top of the lineup. zl1 will eat any mustang out there right now. I know Ford has something to compete - just need to get it on the market.

If I was dumb enough to be a camaro guy I'd be pissed if I just bought a zl1 just to now learn the zl1 1le is out.

I compared it to the reg gt350 as it had a back seat like the zl1. :cheers: apples to apples. We know most of the weight loss to the R is rear seat delete and carbon fiber wheels.
