1) Tint
2) X-pipe/H-pipe
3) Rims and tires
4) Suspension, including braces and bar
5) Headers, although by this point you would need a tune

Suspension is definitely a must. These cars are super floaty and stupid wheel hop. Do most of the suspension at the same time. Must haves are new springs (choices are endless), Steeda subframe bushings, and subframe alignment. The rest of the bracing and sways can wait. Wheels and tires are next. You're going to want an H pipe too after a week or two. That Roush isn't going be as loud as you want.

OP, you started your thread in the v8 section, but the suggestions are all over. Did you intend for engine/exhaust mods only?

If it is for any mods, then my two best mods involved seating position and visibility. Total cost about $10.
1. Flip rear-view mirror upside down and then move it all the way up to the headliner. Now I can out under it better.
2. Add 5/8" stack of washers under my front two driver seat bolt to tilt up the cushion more.

These mods were done because I am tall-ish, and had trouble achieving the ideal seating-with-visibility position.
