As per title, I’m looking for some ideas :like:

Framed ? (Any pictures ?), laminated ?, stuffed in a draw ... etc.

I have my original which I think is quite rare for a UK car (certainly for my dealer) and I would like to keep it in nice condition.

I noticed the sticky border is actually a sticky sheet that the window sticker will peel off, I’m assuming that’s what others have done before storing / displaying it ?

Any ideas appreciated :like:

Cheers,

WD :like:

Have my original sticky window label and my dealer included an 11x14 heavily laminated print of the sticker with my handoff paperwork.

Got to love Levittown Ford.

I kept the sticker from my 16 EB and put it in the trunk for the next owner.

I had mine laminated. At the last second I threw the "second sticker" in there that I managed to partially conquer when I was buying the car, and wouldn't you know it - that's the part the laminator got crooked.

Heck no, I recycled that trash. The car has value, the window sticker does not.

Curious, what did you do with your birth certificate and possibly marriage license?

I have mine in a folder with the rest of my files. I don't put any sentimental value into the window sticker......I've probably bought over 20 new cars in my lifetime, and typically sell my cars when I decide I want something different.

Birth certificate is useful as a proof of identification, so yeah keep it. That window sticker is not.

I've gone through a few rounds of throwing out stuff in my life. I used to hate to part with sentimental stuff, but now I Marie Kondo that crap and only keep the things that really matter. If I'm not going to put something out on display, and its not something functional I'm actually going to need later, why keep it around? I'd gladly pay to replace a small item or two over a few years than tote around a room full of stuff on the off chance I might someday need it but probably won't ever need.

This was relevant to Mustangs when I had to pay to buy someone else's suitcase midpipe resonator for my GT because I threw that out when putting in a midpipe, and later decided I wanted to go a different route on my exhaust. I'm ok with paying the $50 to replace it because I didn't have to store that junk, and it wasn't looking like I'd ever need it again.

For tools and smaller spare parts, and raw materials, sure I'm going to keep some of that so I have things on-hand, but I try to be honest with myself about needing those Miata or Ducati parts when I sold those vehicles years ago and am driving a Mustang (or some higher horsepower car TBD) for the foreseeable future.

Well after I dug it out of the glove box all waded up I laid it out on the toolbox in the garage hoping the heat would help flatten it out some. Helped a little.

I just keep it with maintenance and mod receipts for the future owner. It's always useful to take a picture of it when selling vehicles; it lists the most important features, and optional packages as well. I'm not the kind of guy who would frame it, and even less, hang it somewhere. But to each his own :).

Keep it folded up, stored in a folder beside my CPU.
Nothing special about it.
Bought many new cars and trucks over the years...........

(now if I'd bought the GT350 or GT500)
