huh? my neighbor has a ZL1 and compared to the interior or my 500, the camaro feels much more premium....Mustang interiors are known for being loud and uncomfortable.....not too mention this goofy ass shifter dial in my 500
I want to feel like i'm driving a timeless car not a spaceship.

lol, do you compare the interior or a mercedes to a nissan and say you'd prefer the nissans interior because it's timeless?

We must be living vastly different experiences. The only thing loud about my interior is the exhaust in track, and the car is super comfortable for me. The Camaro's interior is atrocious imo.

At 115 plus screens who's still reading, but anyway...
I drove the S197's as rentals for about 6 months off and on, drove rented Camaro's and Challengers. Only the Mustang has the feel I liked and better visibility. The numerous blind spots of the GM and Dodge were too much. The Camaro feels like I should be on my way to a drive-by shooting somewhere. Taking them out on the curvy roads the Mustang shines above the Camaro. Lastly while I made my decision for a Mustang before these end times, I felt that Ford would honor the Mustang legacy longer and better than GM or Dodge (now a Euro owned company). The S650 reveal last year I felt proved that hunch.
I had the opposite feeling when taking the Camaro on twisties. I think the handling was better and had more road feeling, the steering on the mustang feels a bit desensitized, not sure if the Camaro in sport +stiffens the wheel more, but I certainly felt a difference

for me it was more about design language
camaro= guy in a black motorcycle jacket with slicked back hair chewing on a toothpick
mustang= guy in jeans and a plaid shirt with a beard
*strokes beard while thinking i might need to get a plaid shirt to fit in this image*

I had a 2011 2SS Camaro, I loved it but I like to change it up each time I buy another car, so a Camaro was basically off the list. I did the big V8 monster so this time around I wanted something different and the turbo (something I've never had in any car) was the perfect option for me.

Cuz. None avail. the way I wanted it.
Now if Chevy when they updated the platform used . Changed the body to a 1970.5-1972 retro with the later wrap around rear glass. I'd have ordered one and waited.
