Get a friend to help out, the extra hands really came in handy when installing the front sway bar (lotta hoses doen there). The bearing is a beast to get out, even with a tool. My experience is based off the ford performance track suspensions kit.

Unless youre looking for extreme weight savings its not worth it. Youll save maybe 5-10lbs with a carbon fiber hood over the stock. Youd save 30lbs removing the resonator. Stock wheels are heavy at 32lbs per wheel. My Rota's weigh 21lbs each. Think the rear seat is another 30lbs thats 108lbs...
