Is 645 the benchmark with the base whipple system on a stock GT?
Currently 605-615rw on 100% stock with 91, 93 is usually 10-15 higher. Our first cal has a 6800rpm shift point, we have a revised cal coming with a higher limit that makes another 30-40rwhp. The trans cal is very complexed so this was safest for first release.

I may time my install around the release of the next calibration. Would appreciate a heads up so I can plan install accordingly? Feel free to PM me or answer here. Thanks! I see you work around the clock. I hope you get paid well my friend haha

2 weeks max for update.

I can tell ya, that's one big thing about us, we're not some big corporation, 40 employees and my names on the door so if I have to go in on a Sunday or have to answer a question after hours, I'm happy to do it. Family owned and operated. Now convincing my girlfriend that I'm just posting online is a different story....feel like that State Farm commercial :D

Sweet that's looking like my timeframe exactly. What are you wearing? Khakis?
One last question, if I like a super responsive throttle as opposed to a few more horses, should I go with the upgraded throttle body as well or stay with the stock one?

Ha ha, she sounds hideous!

Go with the big TB, it's worth over 40rwhp and has more pep, yet has great pedal feel still.

What a Great thread with some very thorough and helpful info.

I am in the same vote as many I'm sure....
Looking to add Forced Induction, so looking at my options as far as most likely Whipple or Pro Charger, BUT also trying to research Twin Turbos (Hellion).
Ugghhhh the decisions lol

Looking for pros and cons.

I must say I was very impressed installing the Whipple on my 2007 Mustang GT/CS. It was a great setup and my friends at Tasca Ford here in RI were nice enough to run it on the dyno for us. We were all impressed with the 525rwhp and 505rwtq. Our #'s were some of the highestfor a stk motor 4.6L
Boy have things changed with this Coyote.

Soaking up all the info here for my research...keep the info coming.
Thanx to all, and especially the awesome vendors here.

I can't make up my mind.... What would you go with and why? I daily drive my car to the tune of 100 miles a day, 5 days a week. With that being said, I WILL be supercharging my GT. What do you guys think the best blower would be for my scenario?
It's an easy choice for me. The SC that has C.A.R.B certification. Currently there are only two pending for E.O. Approval. Ford/Roush and Whipple.

There is just no way, weather I keep this car for 5 years and have to California Smog Test it or want to sell it and will have to smog test it, that I will go through all the hassel of NOT having a California Air Resources Board, Executive Order approval.

IMO it's just not worth it. I can get either one of those kits and have a very fast, daily driver car without any issues with tune or smog compliance.

Well, I just ordered my stage 2 Procharger kit from Beefcake with the "beefcake special". So add one to the daily driven Prochargers.
