I can't make up my mind.... What would you go with and why? I daily drive my car to the tune of 100 miles a day, 5 days a week. With that being said, I WILL be supercharging my GT. What do you guys think the best blower would be for my scenario?

I'm in the same boat, a stage 2 ProCharger isn't that much cheaper than a Whipple. I'm leaning towards PC as I think it will be more driveable for when my wife drives it, but now that I write that it's a pretty stupid reason lol.

I am far from an expert and I am just learning but what are your goals? Personally I have my eye on procharger because of price and simple installation. My goal is at least 550 WRHP and 600 max because i daily drive my car as well and i think that is more than enough.

My goal is to have a reliable smog legal daily driver without sacrificing fuel economy. But I also want more power, a lot more power. It's as simple as that.

I plan on adding a SC myself just because I need the whine but the PC sounds good for your needs. Sucks to have to deal with the strick laws in CA though.

If you're installing it yourself the procharger is much easier. I know the roush twinscrew requires some grinding on the block and timing cover for clearance

So you want

reliable
Smog legal
daily driver
more power/ a lot more

with out sacrificing fuel economy? :headbonk::headbonk::headbonk:

Do you have some secret Tesla engine that is affordable?

Well none of them AFAIK are smog-legal yet, that takes time (and I don't think anyone has to worry about passing smog for a few years –*5 in CA). It seems like the centri-blowers with conservative tunes will meet the OP's goals –*with room to grow.

we like the centri's, especially with a wife driving, less chance of her getting squirly the way the boost ramps in

Whipple all the way man, 2.9L twin screw (proper) supercharger, its too easy to blow your motor with the right pro charger.

From what I've researched so far, it's possible to maintain the same fuel economy as a N/A vehicle while running forced induction as long as you have a proper tune. However, I do understand that spirited driving will most definitely drain your tank a lot faster with boosted applications.

But to answer your question, no I don't have a Tesla engine but my wife's commuter does.

Actually, it's not uncommon to see better mileage. As long as you drive the same. The extra power will make it worse if you're always using it.
