I'm sure this has been answered, but if I am looking at making the same rwhp at the OP on my 23 GT 10R80, would I have to build the trans to handle the power?

What is a converter? Will it help with a vortech? You know the one I have, since you sold it to me

I'm not a good enough driver for a PD in a manual to be honest.

I had a manual hellcat for a year, and half the time when someone wanted to have some fun I'd get too excited, overdo it with the pedal, shred the tires (even with radials), and make a whole bunch of noise while going nowhere and losing badly. That was actually a major factor in me selling it.

I've got an ESS G3 centrifugal kit on my GT now and it pulls a lot harder than the hellcat but is SO much more manageable to launch.

almost any power addder is too much for the street, even my 4400lb f150 with my vortech i can break the tires in 2nd gear....
