Where Are They?

I saw one near me last weeks, black GT, it was dark out, and they still had the paper temp tag. When I got the green light I sped up a bit to get next to them. When I caught up I had my windows down, I honked the horn to get their attention and gave them a thumbs up. It was two middle aged men, the passenger just turned and looked at me with this completely expressionless blank stare then turned back forward. So I shrugged and sped off.

I've seen a race red in the San Fernando valley. That's the only one. There are about 5-6 on the Sunrise Ford lot.

Damn no comraderie at all..guess we could need stickers to recognize people from this forum.

I owned an M3 in my previous life and saw a few Bimmerpost stickers driving around a few times. It was kinda cool and we gave each other a thumbs up.

Used to be one somewhere near my pad, Id see few times, younger guy driving it. Funny thing is, I think it was the other GT PP at the dealer in magnetic I was looking at with exact same equip. I chose the white instead.

Haven't seen it for awhile, not sure if the guy wrecked it or what. Haven't seen another yet.

I've seen two others in my area...one in my neighborhood. Last week drove from LA to PA, only seen one on the highways. Just not many out there yet, give it time...they'll be everywhere!

I FINALLY saw one on the road other than mine, but not here in NYC. I was back home for the holidays up in Toronto and saw one out in the suburbs where I was staying: a CO GT. It was snowing like a motherfk'er the night I saw it. Seems strange that I'd see one up there before stateside....

When we took delivery on the 12.12.2014 - that's when we did see a white V6 base with MT. That's it. So far I am the only one driving to work on a daily base. :shrug:

I've only seen one on the road so far, a RR GT fastback.

The local dealer still has the RR GT they got in months ago, as well as a DIB EB and a WW 50th LE.

I've had mine since 11/6. I've only seen 3 others on the road at this point though. Saw one on the highway when we were at Disney World at the end of October, one going the opposite direction on the AA Highway in Kentucky the first weekend in December, and one ON MY STREET this weekend! That was really strange because I opened the bedroom blinds yesterday morning and did a double take. There was one sitting in my next door neighbors driveway that was exactly like mine - same color, PP - except that mine also has the 50 Years package and that one didn't...

I haven't seen one on the road yet here in WA. I have only seen them sitting on dealer lots or on trucks.

I've only seen about 3 in the wild but yesterday my girlfriend and I were grocery shopping and I had parked out pretty far as I usually do. So we finish shopping, pay and start heading back to the car using the doors at the other end of the store. I see the car and point the grocery cart in that direction only to find that my window tint had disappeared! That car was exactly like mine minus tint. Kinda freaked me out for a second though. Mission Viejo, CA by the way.
