Congrats man! I have been following you since the SubaruWRXfan days on YouTube. Really enjoyed watching your channel over the years because your enthusiasm is unfiltered. Keep up the great work and I wish you the best in your future endeavors. :headbang:
"LIGHTNING" makes the most sense to me. It was a performance version of the F100 series truck, also lightning has to do with electricity which goes with the vehicle being an EV. That to me makes more sense than using the Mach 1 name which has been synonymous with the Mustang line.
The last Mustang I owned was a 2004 Torch Red 5spd manual Mach 1. Miss that car to this day and it would be a crying shame if Ford follows through with their plan to use the name on an SUV.
I like the redesigned tail lights and also the new gauge cluster, however the rest is growing on me. The front end IMHO is too wide for the styling. Now from the side the front almost looks like a Jag with the way the headlamp meets the fender. But most of all I am interested in the new power...
I must say, I find myself wondering what drives this guy who appears to have been very successful in his life so far. Beautiful garage and cars. I often dream of having a Mustang again and hopefully will someday as well as tracking it on a regular basis.
Why is everyone set on 1/4 mile performance? like an FPC engine was ever good for hard launches... It's low on torque and rotating mass... of course 1/4 mile and 60' times aren't going to be astronomical... It is a mid-high range engine designed to be in the upper RPM spectrum while being pushed...
