Seems like ride height and lowering springs are a constant topic here. So I thought it would be useful to start a ride height thread to compare set-ups, and for others asking questions about future suspension mods.

Post your ride height and include your spring type and wheel/tire combo. Aggressive camber should probably be mentioned too if you have it. Measure from the ground to the top of the wheel wells front and back.

I believe stock non-HP measurements are-
28.12" front
28.87" rear

But it would be nice to get some more stockers to post as a verifiable baseline.

My car is 26.87" front and 27.375" rear. Non-factory HP car with Steeda Sport springs, Steeda camber plates, and HP wheels/tires with Michelin PS4s.

Very interesting that those Sport springs didn't drop you more than that. They say it's supposed to be close to 1 inch. But that would be consistent with mine minus the HP wheel/tire combo. Got any pics?

I think they are advertised as 1" drop for GTs with m.r. I think the mach sits a little lower from factory.,

Really this thread is a good idea for people trying to visualize how a spring pkg will make any given vehicle sit. However in reality without a squared off side on picture the numbers alone don't really tell anything about how things look.

Correct. I was more interested in comparing spring packages to see what the actual differences are in height. Vendor info isnt always specific to the Mach 1 (like Steeda). And I think a lot of people who are thinking of doing spring swaps are worried about how much drop, and what will rub with certain wheel/tire setups. Hopefully some real world numbers will add context.

But by all means post pictures too!

No rub issues.
I'd guess it would be awfully close with if you had fender trim. But at least we have conformation the Sport springs only drop a M1 .7" front and .55" rear. Thanks for sharing. 👍🏻

Wow. I'm surprised there is a 1" difference between front and back.
